Ceremonies are scheduled for 2 hours during Garden hours of 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Restrictions/exceptions may apply regarding ceremony location and event time frame. Please consult your Fairchild wedding coordinator for details. Event exclusivity is not included. Fairchild reserves the right to host multiple, concurrent weddings, ceremonies, or other private Garden events. All ceremonies are required to have a day-of wedding coordinator.

Originally constructed in 1949, the Garden House was designed to envelop the Garden and flow beautifully to the outdoors with four sets of French doors and windows that open into a view of the dramatic lawn. The column less, clear-span building allows for an unobstructed view within a 5,600 sq. ft. area, complete with terrazzo flooring and elevated wooden stage. The nearby fountain court contains a picturesque lily pond and original Chihuly art. The Garden House can accommodate 250 seated guests or 400 cocktail style. You will also find a connected catering kitchen, restrooms, and adjacent logia.
Phillips Courtyard

With its expansive design, the tent can comfortably accommodate 350 to 500 guests, providing ample space for grand affairs. Situated by the tranquil lake, this venue offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The Marquee can be transformed into anything you dream of, from elegant and classic to modern and chic, ensuring the vision for your garden wedding in Miami comes to life in this enchanting space.
Vendors
Our venue follows a “bring-your-own-professionals” model, so you can curate your dream team for all aspects of your wedding- ranging from event planners and caterers to music and décor. Below you can find our general rules and guidelines when it comes to your team of all star vendors:- Vendor Approval: All vendors, including caterers, photographers, and florists, need to be pre-approved by the garden. This is to ensure they are familiar with the garden’s regulations and can operate within its constraints. Any vendor who has not worked at Fairchild previously, must schedule a mandatory site visit 30 days out of event day.
- Insurance Requirements: Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance coverage. This usually includes general liability insurance to cover any potential damage or accidents.
- Load-In and Load-Out: Vendors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their equipment and ensuring the area is cleaned up after the event. Load-in/out will vary by event and should be coordinated with Fairchild Events Team.
- Restrictions: There could be restrictions on the types of vendors or services allowed, such as limitations on loud music and specific types of decorations. Please consult your Fairchild Events Team for more details.

Host They must provide this to Fairchild within two weeks of your event date. Renter bears the responsibility to provide this to Fairchild (or to designate day-of coordinator to provide to Fairchild). - If you are driving North to South on Old Cutler Road – 1st entrance on your left.
- If you are driving South to North on Old Cutler Road – 2nd entrance on your right.
- North Gate Parking: You may park in the lot directly in front of the visitors center. If open, continue around the cul-de-sac and through the far right gate to the Lowlands parking area.
South Gate | Phillips Gate
- If you are driving North to South on Old Cutler – 2nd entrance to the Left.
- If you are driving South to North on Old Cutler Road – 1st entrance on your right.
- South Gate Parking: You may park in any of the designated parking spots. Please note, this is also Fairchild Staff parking.
