Accessibility at Fairchild
Fairchild is committed to providing equal access and opportunity to all visitors. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we do not discriminate on the basis of disability and strive to ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, inclusive experience.
To support this commitment, we offer the following accommodations:
Accessible Parking: Designated accessible parking is available throughout our parking areas. For select events, additional accessible spaces are provided in the Lowlands Parking Field.
Wheelchair Availability: Complimentary wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at all Garden entry points.
Exhibit Accessibility: All exhibits throughout the Garden are fully accessible.
Accessible Paths: All buildings within the Garden are reachable via accessible paths.
Tram Accommodations: Our trams are accessible to individuals with disabilities and are equipped with assisted listening devices.
Accessible Restrooms: Restrooms meeting accessibility standards are located in every public building, including the Visitor Center, Adam Putnam Arts Building, Corbin Education Building, Garden House, and Glasshouse Café.
Shuttle Service: On-site shuttle service is available for guests with disabilities, offering transportation between key locations in the Garden. Inquire about availability at any entrance location.
