Join us for a therapeutic sequenced vinyasa class coupled with reflective traditions like pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and yin yoga.
Experience both foundational postures and creative variations that will strengthen, open, and restore your body and mind.
This class includes a gentle warm up and cool down to nourish yourself with a well-rounded experience. Enjoy resting in savasana accompanied by crystal sound bowls and harp.
Please bring a yoga mat and water with you. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to easily locate the area.
