Experience the art of intentional camera movement in photography and bring captivating motion to your still images!
In the past, this technique was limited to dedicated cameras, but now, thanks to the Slow Shutter app, we can create stunning, abstract effects right from our iPhones. In this class, you’ll have the chance to explore various shutter speeds to achieve mesmerizing blurs and captivating light trails. Please note that the cost of the Slow Shutter app is not included in the class ticket. Join us and unlock the magic of capturing movement like never before!
This class is led by Shirley Drevich. Since its inception in 2010, she has been immersed in iPhoneography, capturing images with her iPhone and using innovative apps, processing them exclusively on her iPhone, and sometimes her iPad. She has exhibited in juried and invitational iPhoneography exhibitions throughout the US and Europe including New York, Los Angeles, Berkeley, Miami and Italy. Shirley was a finalist in the first Mobile Phone Awards (MPA) and has received Honorable Mentions several years in a row. She has taught classes at Fairchild, University of Miami, The Studios of Key West, and various private venues. Her iPhoneography can be seen here on her Instagram.
