Join yogi, Kira Miska, as we delve into the gentle practice of Hatha Yoga.
In Hatha Yoga, we practice breathing exercises (pranayama) , physical postures (asana) and meditation (dhyana). With yoga, we work to support the whole wellbeing of the self with the ultimate goal of self-realization as well as physical strength and flexibility.

This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat and a reusable water bottle.
Tickets are nonrefundable. This class is held outdoors may be postponed in the event of inclement weather.
Instructor bio: Kira started practicing yoga in 2002 and completed her first yoga teacher training in 2009 with Yoga Alliance. This is her 14th year of teaching. She is certified in vinyasa , ashtanga , yoga works and hatha yoga hathapradipika (1,000+ hrs of yoga training). Kira taught at the original green monkey in South Miami, and then made her home at Dharma Yoga Studio in Coconut Grove. Being in person again with her students is a great joy.
