Please join us for a special preview of Act I Scene II of Miami City Ballet’s new production of Alexei Ratmansky’s Swan Lake.

This coming year, Miami City Ballet will premiere this captivating vision of the world’s most mesmerizing ballet, by one of the most renowned choreographers of our time. Timeless and achingly beautiful, Swan Lake has been beloved like no other classical ballet for more than a century.

At Fairchild Garden, the extraordinary Miami City Ballet dancers adorn the stage in lush and glittering costumes in the famous ‘lake scene’ to tell the story of Prince Siegfried, Princess Odette and her fellow spellbound swans.

Tchaikovsky’s moving and joyful music contains some of ballet’s most famous moments. The romance of this stunning Swan Lake will set your heart alight.

Details:

7:00 p.m. – Garden open for guest arrival.  Please come through our Main North Entrance.  Please park on either the left or the right side of the circle.  You will the Fairchild Team at the gated entrance on the North side of the Visitor’s Center

7:00 p.m. to 7:50 p.m. – Guests are welcome to enjoy a walk around the Garden, purchase drinks and snacks at our Glasshouse Cafe pop up bar or enjoy time reflecting over our beautiful Pandanus Lake.

8:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. – Welcome and performance.

9:00 p.m. – Evening concludes.

Please note, there will be seating provided.  Seating will be set up as duets meaning two chairs per table.  Seating is not adjustable.  Seating will be first come, first serve.

This performance is outside in open air.  Should there be rain, the alternate rain date will be on Saturday, April 17.  Same time 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Tickets are non refundable.  All ticket holders will be notified by email should there be a change because of weather.  No outside food or beverage will be permitted.
