Living in the tropics gives us a whole different set of edible plants to work with on a different gardening schedule than your traditional leafy green vegetables.

In this workshop we go over multiple varieties of tropical spinach. There will be samples to see, smell, and taste. We will talk about how to plant, grow, eat and propagate all kinds of tropical spinach plants.

Cuttings/starts and seeds will be given to all participants
