Makers to Mars: Prototyping our Future on the Red Planet
Ages 7-12
Your young makers will learn what it takes to not only get to Mars, but live there too! STEAM activities this week range from creating your own model rockets, to designing habitations, growing food to support human life, and building rovers to travel the rough terrain. Each day highlights a different aspect of life on Mars – perfect for little astronauts in training.

Program Dates:
Hours: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Session 1:  June 17 to 21
Session 2: July 8 to 12

Gardenscape: Designing with Nature
Ages 7-12
Your young builders will learn how to create structures for growing vibrant edible gardens. The hands-on STEAM activities include identifying edible plants, learning to solder LED Lights on an electronic chip, 3D printing their custom designs, and building prototypes with real tools.
