At Fairchild, we are committed to providing you and your guests with the experience of a lifetime in our upscale event venues. As a facilities rental venue, our focus is to provide you with a breathtakingly beautiful event space while allowing you to choose the caterer, party planners, and vendors to make it your own.
Our event specialists help you map out your special day by facilitating event venue site visits or walk-throughs and overseeing deliveries and vendor setup on the event day. We also supervise the transition during the event to ensure the elements flow seamlessly from one to another.

‘Entrance’ in the Palmetum
Aptly named ‘Entrance’, this beautiful sculpture by artist Ilan Averbuch sits on the Palmetum’s longest vista and is the perfect backdrop for your event or celebration.

Your guests will gather in the Ellipse Mosaic Patio while flanked by a glorious staircase of coral rocks. Make your private event iconic in this elegant patio space.

Phillips Courtyard
Named after the Garden’s landscape architect, Phillips Courtyard is a charming area featuring beautiful coral rock and surrounded by lush foliage and moss-laden oak trees that frame our Gatehouse, a stunning and classic Florida stone house. This event space was the original 1938 entrance to the Fairchild property and anchors the stately Allée & Overlook.

Featuring lush tropical foliage nearby our iconic rainforest, the Patio and Sand Garden Area is a captivating hideaway the perfect event space for your intimate gathering.

Tropical Arboretum
An event in the Tropical Arboretum, the only such place in Miami, ensures a lush, intimate setting where your guests will be surrounded by over 700 species of flowering trees from around the world here in South Florida.

Glasshouse Café & Patio
The beautiful Glasshouse Café features beautiful floor to ceiling windows that overlook the exotic butterfly exhibit “Wings of the Tropics,” offering a breathtaking panoramic view of butterflies and hummingbirds in flight. Look up and you’ll see a stunning Dale Chihuly glass chandelier. French doors connect you to the lush foliage outdoors, charming bistro, and nearby Rainforest.

Up to 50 guests with dedicated seating during daytime (partial rental); up to 100 guests with dedicated seating during evenings (full rental).

Allée & Overlook Vista
The journey down the tree-lined Allée, which culminates at the Overlook Vista — a magnificent keyhole setting that overlooks the entire Garden — is an experience unlike any other. This event venue is functional and awe-inspiring.

Pandanus Lake Lawn
The Lakeside Marquee and Pandanus Lake site is both dreamy and the perfect event space for a beautiful outdoor gathering in Miami. The glistening reflection of towering palms and exotic pandans on Pandanus Lake will surely make for a memorable and elegant event.

Garden House & Lawn
The Garden House envelops the Garden and flows beautifully into the outdoors. At this unique event venue, original terrazzo flooring and French doors and windows provide an open view of the expansive, manicured lawn flanked by our iconic Bismarckia palms and vibrant foliage beds.

Amazonica Pool & Lawn
Host an extraordinary event for your guests at the Amazonica Pool Lawn. As an event venue, the Amazonica Pool Lawn is uniquely beautiful, with its several water features and dozens of rare aquatic plants. Also making up the landscape are our arid and succulent gardens, exotic vines, and our Tropical Arboretum. Nowhere else in Miami can one find an event venue with such panache.

Garden Club of America Amphitheater
Of all our event venues within our gardens, the Garden Club of America Amphitheater is perhaps the most formal. This timeless, iconic, fully outdoor space is shaded by coconut palm trees and framed by oolitic Florida limestone. This quiet, refined setting is a space unique among all other Miami (and indeed, Florida) venues!

This uniquely beautiful botanical garden event venue is a Miami icon., overlooking Glade and Royal Palm Lakes. The formality in the design of the ceremony area, including oolitic limestone staircases and lily pond, provides a timelessness and ambiance that are perfect for any special event!

When considering a special gathering place to remember a loved one, Fairchild offers one large gathering space as well as infinite possibilities for outdoor event spaces, allowing guests to take full advantage of natural beauty of the Garden.
In addition to hosting your memorial or celebration of life at Fairchild, you can also purchase a memorial brick, bench or dedicated tree in honor of your loved one.

Allee & Overlook
The journey down the tree-lined Allee ends at the Overlook, a magnificent key-hole vista overlooking Pandanus Lake. The Overlook offers a wide, panoramic view of the Garden’s lowlands areas and lakes, providing a striking counterpart to the narrow view of the Allee.
Amphitheater
Following an elegant entrance across a land bridge, guests enter an enchanting coconut tree grove. Featuring a gorgeous limestone dais, the historic Amphitheater is an intimate event space, perfect for a memorial or celebration of life.
