Our education programs are designed to create a fundamental understanding of botany, nature, the environment and science through guided and self-guided learning experiences.

Explorer (K-12) Discover the Garden with your students through our guided field trip programs. New program themes are available for all grade levels. These hands-on, standards aligned experiences introduce students to STEM themes with a focus on botany and conservation. Learn more.

Seedlings (Pre-K) A brand new offering exclusively for our youngest learners. This guided program invites students to use their senses to explore and discover in our living classroom. Learn more.

Adventure Program (Pre-K-12)  Independent school and scout groups can use the Garden as an outdoor classroom to implement their own curriculum, or can sign up to use one of our supplementary program modules with materials included. Learn more…

PlantMobile  Let Fairchild come to your classroom with an exciting, hands-on experience that supplements your teaching. All PlantMobile programs are adapted to grade level and aligned with state and national academic standards.
