Ming aralia

Polyscias fruticosa

Range: India to Polyneisia

Often grown as a houseplant, Ming aralia also makes a handsome small shrub in the South Florida landscape. Native to India, it is now grown as an ornamental plant worldwide. It is incredibly easy to grow and has attractive, finely dissected foliage. It is an excellent subject for bonsai, forming gnarled, corky stems with age.
