Come learn all about growing and harvesting mangos, starfruits, lychee, jackfruit, loquats, annona, and more. Explore the various flavor profiles of our rare South Florida varieties, and learn how to ripen the fruit for maximum complexity of flavor and sweetness.
We cover everything from variety selection to fertilizing and watering schedules. By the end of this two-session class, you will be able to begin nurturing a rewarding backyard orchard.
Ticket Rates
Members $60 (for a two-session class)
Non-members $80 (for a two-session class)
Tickets are nonrefundable. This class runs rain or shine.
