Is your mind often turning to worrisome thoughts of the future or anxiously ruminating about the past? Are you quick to react to events and stimuli around you—rather than respond with clarity and compassion? Does the frenzied pace of life amid today’s uncertainty serve you and those around you?

What is mindfulness? How does one get started with the practice? And how in the world does one find the time? Join us for an introduction to the practice of mindfulness.
