Yin Yoga: Restore and Rebalance with Aliette Monde

Join certified yogi Aliette Monde as we restore and rebalance our minds, bodies, and spirits through this slow and intentional Yin inspired class.

Students will be guided through a series of restorative seated and supine postures and asanas to help in reducing overall stress, tightness in the joints and connective tissues, as well as decreasing inflammation throughout the body while bringing an overall balance to the physical and spiritual self. This passive and meditative practice allows you the time to focus on your breath, while deepening the stretch to release any tension in your body.

This is a great way to close out the week. Letting go of all that no longer serves you, and creating more space and energy for the days and weeks to come. You are sure to leave feeling more stretched, open, and relaxed.

This class and practice is suitable for all levels.

Please be sure to bring your own Yoga mat, blocks (if necessary), blankets or towels for comfort, and a reusable water bottle.

Instructor bio: Aliette Cristiane Trelles, also known as “Aliette Monde”, is a Cuban American artist/creator/designer/yogi/ and mother based in Miami. She is the daughter of two architects and interior designers and comes from a deep lineage of creatives and artists. Aliette is also the head designer and founder of ACT Studio, a conscious interior design firm, with projects based in Miami, New York, and Havana, Cuba. She specializes in cleansing spaces through her conscious energy work, and curating bespoke elements for her clients.

“Aliette Monde” was born in 2018 as a creative and spiritual outlet to express her artistic spirit through costume couture, fine art, and handmade spiritual and artisanal goods from around the world. She has a deep passion for numerology, philosophy, spirituality and human connection. Over the past year, she has cultivated a deeper understanding of life and her place in it. Starting with her 200RYT yoga certification in early 2021 from local Miami yoga school and studio “Mimi Yoga”. Since then, she has been seen teaching specialty POP-UP classes around Miami and Miami Beach.

Aliette is a wife to a wonderful husband Michael and mother to two beautiful children Beau & Rumi. She takes pride in carrying her artistic and creative lineage into the workshops and classes she creates. With over 17 years of creative and spiritual practice, inspired and guided by her gifts, intuition, and now motherhood. Aliette has found a way to merge her many worlds through the art of design, conscious movement and meditation, energetic cleansing, and creative self expression.
