Whether we’re after a silky, rich ganache to drizzle over cakes, or the delightfully brittle snap of chocolate bark, we’ll talk about everything you need to know when cooking with chocolate. Most importantly, we’ll learn how to rescue seized chocolate, how to fold chocolate, and how to both temper chocolate and avoid tempering altogether.
This class is led as a demonstration with volunteer involvement.

A ticket to this class grants you entry to A Festival of Chocolate at no additional charge. Classes have limited capacity, and day-of sales may not be possible.
