One of the most rewarding things to make in the kitchen, handmade pasta is also one of the most versatile. From light, airy noodles to crisp pastry shells, a simple pasta dough opens doors to all kinds of culinary possibilities. We learn how to think about ingredient selection, intuitive measurements, effective mixing techniques, easy kneading processes, and how achieve the perfect consistency of dough. All the while, we make a simple ragù for the pappardelle.

This class is led as a demonstration with volunteer involvement. Everyone will have the opportunity to try their hand at every step of the cooking process. And then, we eat!
