For millennia, flowers have been used with tea to create more complex tea experiences as well on their own as medicinal brews, and healing elixirs. In Drinking Flowers, we will explore the practice of naming certain teas after their flower fragrance even though they are pure, unadulterated tea, we will discuss how truly flower scented tea is created, and we will drink a variety of tea and flowers from all across Asia.
