We’re doing botanical flavors, straight from our garden. You will learn how to make a gorgeously tropical Coconut Gelato with a Lemongrass drizzle; then a Florida Tangerine Stracciatella, with its fabulous contrasts of both textures and flavors; and finally, a richly aromatic No-Churn Gelato with Local Honey from our friends at Colony and Comb.
We’ll talk recipes, techniques, culinary wisdom, ingredient sourcing, machinery, and more. Come a little hungry, we’ve got some gelati to taste.
