As our society grows more mindful with our consumption habits we are excited to introduce ideas about how we can raise the vibration of our cocktail creations through tea and botanicals. Not only will we explore what true tea is (any botanical derived from the plant camellia sinensis), we will learn how utilizing tea in cocktail mixology can contribute to the shift in energies in our environments. Along with our exploration of the multitude of flavors that blend well with tea, we will taste and learn how to build true cocktails, as well as interesting zero proof drinks with tea.
