designed for families who want something truly special
At the heart of the day is Eggsplore Galore, four timed egg hunt experiences on the expansive Garden House Lawn that keep the fun organized, exciting, and just the right pace for little ones.
Children will meet Mr. Bunny, roam the Children’s Garden, and step inside the Wings of the Tropics exhibit, where butterflies fill the air.

Yes, all adults (Members and Non-members) must purchase Bunny Hoppening General Admission tickets. Members must log in to receive your free tickets.
Bunny Hoppening (General Admission, does not include Eggsplore Galore) is FREE for Members, but advance reservation is required online. Members must log in to reserve tickets prior to arrival. Member children enjoy discounted pricing of $17.95 for Bunny Hoppening All Access. Adults tickets are sold separately under General Admission and must be purchased separately.
We offer two pricing options for children 0-12: All Access and General Admission. The Bunny Hoppening All Access Child Ticket is $28.95 per child and includes admission to Bunny Hoppening
& one Eggsplore Galore egg hunt. The General Admission Bunny Hoppening Ticket is $11.95 per child and includes access to all experiences except Eggsplore Galore egg hunt.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. The Eggsplore Galore egg hunt is not inlcuded with General Admission tickets. Adult tickets are sold separately. Non-member adults must purchase General Admission tickets to accompany children. Member adults must reserve their free General Admission tickets to accompany children. A child ticket does not admit accompanying adults.
Yes! There are various springtime food and beverage options. Alcohol (Mini Flights) is available for purchase for guests 21+ only (valid ID required). Last call is 4:30 p.m.
The Bunny Hoppening is a rain or shine event. Please dress comfortably for outdoor garden exploration.
Tickets for Bunny Hoppening, including Eggsplore Galore Egg Hunt, Mini Cocktail Flight, Mini Mimosa Flight, and Picnic Baskets are strictly non-refundable.

Set across 83 acres along historic Old Cutler Road, Fairchild is home to one of the world’s most significant tropical plant collections — including internationally recognized palm and cycad collections, a premier mango collection, an exceptional orchid collection as well as rare aroids and other specimens found in few institutions worldwide.
This is also where restoration is actively underway. The Million Orchid Project is returning native orchids to South Florida’s canopy. The Million Butterfly Project is rebuilding habitat across Miami to reintroduce butterflies into the ecology.
